In this documentation, we can learn how to backup MySQL database using phpMyAdmin.
1) Login to cPanel.
2) Click the option ‘PhpMyAdmin’ from the section ‘Databases’.
3) Select the database which you wish to back up from the drop down menu.
4) Click on ‘Export’ tab.
5) Select ‘Export Method’.
6) Select the ‘Format’ from the drop down menu.
7) Click the button ‘Go’.
8) Then the database will be downloaded to your local machine.
